How to Heat Pho at Home

One of the comments I hear the most is how take-out Pho is not the same as dining inside of a restaurant. While this can be true if you don’t heat it up or prep it - Leona is here to show you how you can order take out Pho and re-assemble it at home to something as tasty as those you find in our restaurant.

Here’s our step by step guide on how to heat take out Pho at home.

  1. Pour all the broth into a pot and boil it over the stove. If you don’t have a stove, place it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes to heat up your soup.

  2. While the soup is heating up: place the noodles, meat/vegetables, and garnish into a large bowl

  3. If it’s been a while since you’ve picked up your order, put the noodles and meat bowl into the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Note: This step is not required but helps ensure that your soup is warm even after pouring the soup on top of the noodles.

  4. Once your soup is boiling, pour it on top of the noodles and meat/vegetables. If you’ve ordered rare steak Pho - pour the boiling soup on top to cook it with the broth .
